Right now I am riding on 17's with a Eibach Sportline drop. I am planning on getting some new 18 inch rims with 35 series rubber. I want my car dropped with no wheel well gap maybe even tucked, so does anyone have any suggestions for me on what type of a suspension to go with?
No limit? Get airbags, that is a bit extreme but it will work best if you are going for show.
Or you can get adjustable springs or Coilovers. I prefer coilovers though, reason being the shock is matched with the spring, and they are a complete swap.

Read the FAQ if you are new to suspension. Use the search feature. You are going to have to decide what you want. We can all tell you different ideas, but ultimately you have to decide.

hopefully you'll be able to drive on sask streets once you are tucked. i have tein basics and some days its not much fun.....but i get around...just like the look soo much
but its nice because they are adjustable so i can just raise them up again

Indeed.
18s with 35 series tires is not going to be comfy... especially when lowered on anything stiffer than stock.
prototype hated his b&gs with 18s and 35 series tires. b&gs aren't adjustable they are self adjusting so you can't do anything about the car handles or feels.
