Is this a new lower tie bar?
I just saw this on ebay, but Megan Racing doesn't show it in their catalog and I've never seen it before. Anybody know anything about it? If it's what they're advertising, is it comparable to bars like DC Sports and Neuspeed make? Think it's worth what they're asking for it?

The ebay seller wouldn't return my email inquiries about it and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at Megan Racing to ask about it.

It looks better than the DC sports one because it is one solid piece. However, it is bent and I am not sure if is supposed to go down or up. I am also not sure if it is hollow or solid. Solid would probably be better. But again, it is megan racing so it is probably hollow.

Thanks. It looks like one of those hollow plastic baby toys to me. I'm assuming it's solid billet aluminum by the way it's made and that it curves upwards so it gives clearance. I wonder if anyone has actually seen them in person so we can get definitive answers. Anyone?

Thats a pretty shitty design. It loses whatever stiffness it has by being arched. By design, its going to bend in the direction it's supposed to be its stiffest.

Looks like billet aluminum to me. The bend goes up, not down. It could go down, but then you'de scrape. I agree with Boilermaker1 though, it's not a good design. Looks nice I guess...
