Hayame wiggle

I went to SPW warehouse to let them solve the wiggle. SPW owners, Product Development Manager, Sales Manager, they couldn't figure out what is causing it after spending 5 hours of troubleshooting.
Their Conclusion:
It's normal.
My conclusion and four other automotive shops: NOT NORMAL, must return.

I was told I could not get a refund by a hayame rep when I called... who was it you talked to?
I still have the v1 with height issues, and they will ONLY let me trade them for the v2. i guess they are unaware I will be returning my v2s as well

V2 has the same issue on height adjustability on the rear tho. So trading your V1 with V2 wouldnt make any sense.
question for you guys
check out my post here, could this be the cause from the wiggle in the front?
please check out my post here regarding my tires and the wearing on them. Do you think this could be from the wiggle in teh front?

I dont wanna draw a conclusion that the wiggle has caused it. However, I am not eliminating that possibility either.
You may want to try to wiggle your wheels while its jacked up to see if you have a wiggle indeed.
Passenger Front: 1 o'clock and 7 o'clock
Driver Front: 11 o'clock and 5 o'clock
By the way, my alignment settings are 0 toe all around.

ok I think I got it fixed. The threaded part can screw up and down. Screw the threaded part down as far as you can get it, and still keep the height you want, and take the 3rd perch and screw it down tight to the bottom as tight as it will go.
