Control arm bushings help

Has anyone installed the control arm bushing set for energy suspension??? I got my rear set in but can't get the fronts in. There are two up front and I can't get the one closest to the front of the vehicle in. Damn thing won't go in, I'm about to shave one side so it will slide in. Any suggestions???????

Yes. You need a press for the front once. Preferrably a 2 ton press or something higher. You can't get them out without one.
