haven't looked much into the issue though, so I don't know what the remedy is.

OR...
Is this the problem you are talking about? And what we need is just the bearing ring for the 01 Civic, anything else?

It seems like these coilovers have gained some popularity lately. Probably thanks to Hayame.
what an irony

pics from gametrax
I just noticed that the pictures for 2001 and 2002 and 2003 is different from my 2004. The spring isolator is MUCH bigger than the pictures on gametrax.net. The spring isolator is bigger in circumference than the strut mount (pic #10 on illustration).
If the pictures on gametrax.net is for the rear strut, then forget about what I said.
If the knuckle you are talking about is like the one pictured with a red strut, then I already have a remedy. Im running a smaller bolt to give me a -1.5 front camber.

Did you say "that's the front" referring to the gametrax.net pictures? Because that the one I was asking about. It really looks different on 2004 front suspension.
I know the illustration is for the front.

How much do 01 Uppermounts run?
Labelled correctly. Hub assembly would be 2.

Looking and reading at the pictures and threads, 2001 is different from 2002. Again, according to Mex, 2003 is the same as 2002. However, my 2004 is totally different from 01,02, or even 03. I will have to take pic, I just keep forgetting my camera.
What I dont get is, the online parts store lists 2001-2003 at the same model year. Or has having to use the same part [?] For example, I ran a query for a 2003:
STRUT BEARING, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door - 2001-03 $17.52
SPRING INSULATOR, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Upper - 2001-03 $10.84
SPRING INSULATOR, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Lower - 2001-03 $13.99
STRUT MOUNT, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Right - 2001-03 $26.51
STRUT MOUNT, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Left - 2001-03 $21.55
But on the left column of the above parts that indicates for which year is printed as 02-03
I ran another query for the 2001, here are the results:
STRUT MOUNT, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Right - 2001-03 $22.57
STRUT MOUNT, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Left - 2001-03 $22.57
STRUT BEARING, Civic - 2001-03 $13.45
SPRING INSULATOR, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Upper - 2001-03 $8.82
SPRING INSULATOR, Civic, 2 Door, 4 Door, Lower - 2001-03 $10.31
Left column indicates that the above parts are listed for 2001 only.
Okay, we should follow the column for model YEAR and not the 2001-2003 description.
I forgot what I was trying to do here
I dont even know if I was trying to prove something or whatever...I just lost myself
I dont think we need all those parts, I just want to list them for whatever
Anyway, I'll take pic of my 2004 tomorrow.

Initial Impression:
1. The packaging is top notch. Seems like thats part of the B&G certification
2. TIG welded and cleaner than your ordinary TIG welding job
3. Very nice finish
4. The knuckle bolt is indeed smaller than stock. I could probably fit the smaller bolt that I am using, camber purposes.
5. I think the springs need to be compressed to fit the strut mount. So, that means profesionally installed is highly recommended.
6. Bracket for brake lines. Its a two piece independently welded unlike the OEM which is one piece and welded on the strut.
7. Anodized locking perches
8. Grey Coated springs
9. Tie-rod end is just like the OEM, insert from top.
10. No install instructions and locking wrenches included [?]

Anyway, we do need to compress the springs to install them, no [?] Or it should sit flushed as I lower the perches? What else do I need to watch out for?
thanks.

Not much else you need to watch for I dont think, i went from Tein SS to B&G's so the install is a little different for me. I am still getting some noises up front, but I think its from the ride height washer things (lol i dont know the name of it) not being tight enough together since I didnt have wrenches, I hand tightened, and I heard if they arent tightened hardcore they make noise...Least thats what Im hoping it is...
I am also concerned about the knuckle bolts. The knuckle on this B+G looks smaller than the OEM hole when I compared them side by side. But if they do align well with the knuckle even if its smaller, I am all set.
Both the front and rear upper mounts have been re-used, correct?
thank you for your replies bro.

No problem man- Always glad to help!
I didnt have any problems with the knuckle bolt, nor did I know it was supposed to be an issue? I know the rear was a bitch to line up the bolts but we did it, definately need 2 people for an install, makes it much easier. To finally get the rears alligned I literally stood on the drum to press it down while my Dad jimmied the damn bolts. Took a few minutes but it worked (with WD40 to lube it up).
Front and rear uppermounts (stock) must be used. I have an 02 and already had replaced them with 01 front upper mounts for the Teins so I left those on (dunno what happened to my 02 mounts).
