Rep Power: 356 Torsionally there is very little difference between a hollow bar and a solid bar, a solid bar would be stronger then a hollow bar of the same diamiter, but not by much. (Depending on the thickness of the walls that the hollow bar has).

Rep Power: 257 As long as you already have the stock one, just unbolt and bolt in new one. If you don't already have one you need a mounting kit to attach it to your control arms.

You should've pestered him to get you some Energy Suspension 22mm bushings. That would've supplemented the bar's performance.
