Who installed KYB w/Stock springs?
Who installed KYB w/Stock springs?
I installed the KYB GR2 on my wifes car, 1998 civic lx, and the ride is great, not total performance like coilovers, but a good ride that is a big imporovement over the stock shocks. And she has 56,666 miles on the car. Thats the ride she wants. Now I want to replace my shocks and i want to go with the KYB AGX cuz they are a little firmer.
So, if you got the AGX and use them with STOCK springs, can you let me know how you like them, or if you dont like them, then tell me how the ride is.
thx.

The GR2's are nothing more than stock replacements. I had them on my hatch with a drop and they were blown in a month. The only reason you think they are great is most likely your stock shocks were blown out and these are new.
You can not go with AGX's cause they are not out yet for our cars.

Daym, I thought the AGX were out for our car already.

your best bet would be to go with konis. They are a bit more expensive, but well worth it.
