Has Honda ever helped anyone with this problem?
Well I have the spring itch to lower my car. I really want Hayames but nobody has them in stock, and I hate ordering things on backorder. I was just wondering if since my car is still under warranty will honda help me out at all if I lower with Neuspeed sports, and get blown shocks? Any help or warranty stories will be really helpful, cause I need to drop within the next couple of weeks to be ready for a show.
I wish I was asian

no they wont help u out if your shocks blow. By changing the suspension to any spec that is not factory, you are changing the design of the car and therefore void your warrenty. Change in suspension = void of suspension warrenty.

Some Honda dealers will still cover your car if you let them do the install. Call a couple of dealers around you and see what they say. Make sure you get it in writing... good luck.
When i bought my 02 civic They dropped my car an inch and half on Eibach springs, but warned me as soon as i drove it off the lot the suspension warranty would be void...Knowing Id do it anyways I figured have them do it and have it done that much sooner....

When I was shopping around for my Civic, they had lowered ones that they did up with wheels, tint, etc. The sales man told me that since they did the work it was covered by them is something went wrong as long as they did the install. It varies depending on the dealer.

Well I called around to my local dealers and no help from anybody, they seemed kinda pissed off for just asking. It's looking like no more warranty for me unless anyone else ahs some ideas.
