wouldn't even let a frend buy it. i think thats garbage imo.
skunk2/REAL ground control would be the only sleeved coilovers id buy for my civic. but ppl like me buy quality parts n such. if ur on the budget, go for it. if u have more money n that price is like nothing to u, get FULL COIL OVERS.

honestly, i would NOT skimp out when i'm buying suspension parts like springs, struts, shocks, and what not. What if one of the knockoff parts (which dont have the best quality control, if any at all) has a massive failure. Your car will be flying into something you dont want it too most likely.
Save up till you have around $650 and get some hymanne coilovers IMO
