Question problem with TEINS

i installed basic teins on my 02 lx. the rears are fine, but the fronts would make noise when i turn. maybe i installed it wrong cuz on the instructions it says use stock bearings for the top. what i did is put the bearings around the top sleeve (bronze color) from the tein kit. i would appreciate the help or advise from anyone.
