what to do...

heres what im debating....
tein basic, b&g, hayames...

basic... well known, nice drop, good performance and handling, only drawback is i'd need to get the 01 02 upper mounts and bearings which add 100 to the total and im not sure if its a low enough drop, 975 all together

b&g.. well known, really low drop, not sure how well it does in performance as it does to looks, same mounts and etc to bring the total to like 975 also.

hayames.. not sure how well known it is, really low drop, new company, not sure how well they last over time or performance, no need to get upper mounts or bearing, just to redrill the hole for an 03. price.. 6XX

obviously u can see hayames are much cheaper. i want to get my car lowered cuz i got 215/45/17 tires and i got xenon sides tho. i dont wanna drag on the floor, but i wanna be low enough to not have a huge wheel gap. i like how tein are performance cuz i want a nice ride not just look. anyone got some opinions or thoughts on which one i should get. money really isn't gonna be a deciding factor if it comes down to quality and performance. cuz i want them to last long. anyone got 215/145/17 with xenon sides lowered? if so how low can u lower it. helps appreciated. thanx all.

to let u know hayame isnt a new company. they been around for years and make really good products. their coilovers are just new for us 7thgeners. i got B+G true coilovers and i love them. had them for about a year and not one problem.

dragoon is an unknown quantity at this point
hayames = new products, not new company.

"i like how tein are performance cuz i want a nice ride not just look"

Tein basics really arent for performance. They have the same exact spring rates as hayames. They're both a street application, not race.
As for drilling a hole... If you have to drill holes on the hayames your going to have to drill holes for the teins and b&gs as well cause i dont think they made a seperate application for the 03+ up yet.

All of the suspensions you mentioned are highly recommended. Personally I would go with the Hayame's, just because you can get such a great deal on them. Of course, if you're worried they might not be 100% flawless yet then go ahead with the Teins. No matter which one you go with you'll be happy. Once you see that wheelgap dissapear nothing else matters.

do you just want a low drop and don't care about performance? If so just save your money and get the hayames.

out of those 3? Uh B&G. Tein basic and hayames don't offer any dampening adjustment. B&G's are self adjusting. Tein SS offers 15 way adjustment.

ya out of those 3 they all basically perform the same.
Tein ss would obviously be the next step above those 3 as it has the damper adjustability but your paying what $450 more for it.
