Koni's rears shocks updated w/ pic
I heard that Koni updated their spring perch design for the rear shocks to include an extra safety plate in thats welded on the body. This way if the ring clip fails the safety plate will catch the spring perch. I dont have away to confirm this, but its what I heard... if so I'm getting me a full set! Can anyone confirm if this true?

Update:
Spoke with Gordon from Koni and he said they made a small change to the rear shocks for the circlip groove and added a washer to help support the perch. The circlip is deeper grooved now and the new washer sits on top of the circlip. He also said the rubber bushing has been updated for some cracking problem. No mention about a plate being welded on though.. hrrrm. Anyway FWIW.

Ahh yes.. you mean this?

That pic look familiar hehe.. sorry I hijacked it from k-series.com where you posted it.
I think the groove for the circlip is also cut deeper, at least thats what I was told. I'm gonna hit up Rob over at Robear Racing in a week or so and see if he has the updated ones in stock.
