skunk2 coilover installation problem

ok so i think i mightve madea dumb mistake. i bought some skunk2 sleeved coilovers, and i finished installing the front ones, and have moved onto the back. for some reason the rear springs are much harder to fit. they seem very tall for the space that is allowed for them and i was just wondering, where do the taller springs go, the front or the rear?

i'm almost sure they go up front. i KNOW the longer threaded body goes up front so it would only make sense that the longer springs go up front as well. Try getting a second opinion tho, would hate for you to take apart your suspension only to be wrong again.

actually the taller threaded sleeves go in the back. i just checked teh instructions and it does say to put them in the rear, besides they dont fit around the front struts but they do fit around the rear ones.

DizWikedCivic is on a distinguished road
smaller on the front and longer on the rear

also make sure to use the 0 ring

ok cool thanks. also, now that ive cleared up that i am doing it right, i am having trouble putting the back springs on. the top strut tower perch doesnt go all the way to the shock so i cant put the nut on. i tried using a spring compressor but that just bends the springs sideways, i tried using 2 spring compressors and i cant fit the spring on the strut. any ideas on how i could do this?

the way i did it was i just held the whole suspension set up in the back up and got the bolt in at the bottom. just push the shock up alittle bit, it shouldn't need to be pushed up much at all, and but the bolts in. thats how i did the rears of my skunk2 install.
