is it more like a thud? or more of a rattle?
rattle, eh try using some spring isolators or cable wrap. basically you just want to seperate any metal from hitting another metal.

if its a thud, your bottoming out and need to stiffen the konis and/or raise the car up a tad

it sounds more like a thud then rattle.
the drop is lower now, i put stock rims back on for winter and i can barley get 2 fingers in the gap so maybe its just that im bottoming out ?
ill check the konis.
VNlilMAN thanks for the info.

When I had ground control coilovers, I had the same problem. It went away though after a while.
