Noise Isolators

Does anyone know if the Neuspeed Range of springs come with Noise Isolators(black rubber tubing kind of thing that goes round certain coils of the spring) ? If they do not, what can I use to do the job of isolating noise from the springs ? Will those transparent water hoses of the correct diameter do the job ?

you can get them from radio shack or home depot. It is just thin rubber or plastic.
