Rep Power: 332 ANd its 1, 2, 3 strikes your out for To ki co's. Let's move on. The day they arrive, we will all have replacements with other companies. Tokico will not have business from 7thgen's until we need their help down the road, when you all decide to redo your suspension systems.
I called Tokico about a week ago and the representative told me they were still under R&D and wouldn't be out until near summer sometime then she hung up on me before I could ask anymore questions. Sounds like more BS to me what a terrible buisness. If you say your going to release a product develop it and sell it don't crap around making false promises.

It's pretty obvious by the number of replies to this thread, that there's a STRONG INTEREST in it.. just because you're not interested, doens't make it irrelevent.

Modifying the front struts is no big deal - I wish I'd gotten the Koni's a year ago instead of waiting for the damn tokicos or AGX's

Rep Power: 452 **** tokico!!!. Everyone is calling them and getting different responses. Just get konis, or full coilovers, or stick with you stock suspension, that is basically your only options right now. They are probably having them same problem that koni ran into about which way to make them and the cost. They are probably trying to make them so they are direct replacements, but they are figuring which was to do it so it wont be so expensive.

by the time they're done, the 8th gen with possibly different setup will be out.
lol. there may be a market, but probably not big enough for them to come out with it.

I say we have have at least one person call each day and we post all the answers they give us, until they actually pay attention. I can't believe they just shrug us off like that!

I spoke with a representitive at SEMA last November, with the representitive at the L.A. auto show, and manager of prototype testing applications. They have already released prototypes out since Oct 2003. However the sets they have released have not been performing to their standards (giving problems). The company along with others have been stalled by the maunfacturs as well. Remember these companies alot of times use the same maunfacturs to make the product and stamp their own label on them.
Finally I was promised that all testing of prototypes will be finished tested by June and the July 04 release is on schedule. Unless anything major was to happen, that date will be met on time. They were sorry for the inconvience and assured me thay want to release a product worth representing the company and not one they will be hassled with problems after release.
My friend who has been sponsored by tokico for the past 5 years was able to have me talk to a manager responsible for prototype testing. I am sure this info is for the most part accurate and trustworthy.

I could tell she has been asked this question so many times before because she was getting mad answering the question, and before I could say thankyou, the bitch hung up. WTF. I told her, well, thats cool, and thank..., click, she hung up, what a bitch.
