i think i have a stock strut problem

Well,

i think i am another victim of crappy stock struts. I have about 8100 miles on my car and on the way home today i heard a flapping kinda knocking noise under my right fromt wheelwell. I pulled over to see if ti was a flat or something, and my tires were ok. It continued to give me a rather rough ride and a knocking noise home, mostly around 40mph around corners.

I remember reading something back here about 7th gens having crappy struts and i was wondering if this is the symptoms that a blown strut would deliver.

they may or may not validate that warrenty. shocks are wearable parts and can blow from hitting anything from a dimple in the road to a huge *** pothole. If there is oil leaking from the shock body then it is probably blown. Another way to test is to push on it and if it bounces then there is something wrong. Also, check your tire again. It might have a dead spot or a nail in it that isn't causing deflation.
