what and which suspension help

I am looking to work on my suspension, strut bars, sway bars, x-brace, everything besides springs/shocks cause that's commin a little later, but i keep hearin many of the products around are just for show and do no benefit, and i've definately seen some that dont look like they help out at all. what exactly can i do besides lowerin can i do ie:strut bar, sway, xbrace, etc..., and which brands do you suggest that really work, i've heard nice things about progress and neuspeed, but any info would help out. thanx!

All this information can be easily found by reading the threads. Search around first. We talk about this everyday when someone comes in and ask about opinions about parts. look around first and then if you are confused or want more input then post about that. Any good bar you can put on your car will help. Neuspeed front upper strut is the most popular. The Cusco rear upper strut is probably the best, but I like th OBX one too. The cross brace will help also. In terms of sway bars, it depends what you want. the front stock sway bar (25.4mm) plus the RSX rear bar makes a good combo, though a 20mm might be a little better. If you want mroe stiffness then the progress bars are the cheapest and are very good. Look around the site.
