a rear sway bar. Because it is a FWD car the tend to understeer. In order to correct that you should make the car want to oversteer. A 19mm+ sway bar should help.

I assume you want to tighten up the front end because it keeps understeering right? (Where the steering wheel is turned but you keep going straight) robbclark has it right, you need to change the Roll resistance at the back of the car. so either get a larger Rear anti-roll bar, or get springs that have a Higher rate for the rear end.
The 03's have 15mm/12mm swaybars I believe, as opposed to the 25mm/13mm combo of the 01-02s. So, would switching only his rear sway bar to a 19mm really be a good idea for a street setup? Would 15mm/19mm create too much oversteer for street?

Most likely not, when Honda went to the smaller swaybars, they probably compinsated it by increacing the overall spring rate. so I think the 19mm would be fine.
Do you know of anyone with a 15/19 setup Zzyzx? I've got a stock 03' 15/12 and I can't decide which I should upgrade to. Progress with new endlinks is a bit pricey for me at the moment. Should I wait or get used 25mm and 19mm bars? The 03' has extreme body roll by the way.

hmm, mad Body roll huh?
maybe honda was just trying to make the ride smoother.... interesting.
I have an 01 EX, and with the 19mm bar it rarely wants to oversteer.
For a cheep test run, you could get the 19mm bar, and if you found it oversteerd to much go find a used 25mm bar.
Thats what I would do.

i was looking for a front sway bar, any other ties i dont now about for the front end....
the reason is the back of the car is very stiff and i need to balance it out a bit... i was thinkin of a sway bar, but not sure if itll do the trick.
in the rear i have the neuspeed tie/sway combo, neuspeed springs, and cusco upper tie bar....
so im just lookin to sure up the front end a lil bit more.

Rear end beign stiff like how? How does the car handle now? does it understeer or oversteer?
You may not need the front end "Sured up". infact if you add a larger front Sway bar it may caues more understeer. as far as structural reinforcement, sure get them, but they have little to no effect on Understeer or oversteer. they just allow the suspension to do its job better.

dragin i have an 03' EX and mine reminds me of my mom's old minivan in the twisties. You said you upgraded the rear to a 22 neuspeed sway so you're running with a 15mm/22mm sway combo correct? Most people here seem to like 27/22 and 25/19 combos so I think you should look into a bigger front sway like you mentioned. PM me with your results please because I'm looking into upgrading my sways soon.

i will when i figure out what step is next lol..... like i said the car rips thro the twisties..... but the front just needs to be a bit stiffer to balance out the back.. as of right now the only options i gave found is a spoon front lower tie bar(no idea were i can find it tho), and a bigger sway bar...
If you haven't already, read Zzyzx's Suspension Tuning 101. Great info. You have all the tie bars so it really sounds like you're in need of a bigger front sway bar. Check your front tire pressures also you'd be amazed what 6psi will do.
