Question Ground Control always rattles

Okay I searched first of all and I found things about a poping sound, but that doesnt really describe what I'm having. I just had some ground controls installed on stock struts with 17" rims and when I drive I'm always hearing this rattling sound. It sounds like something is vibrating and rubbing, but its coming fron the shocks. I was thinking maybe its just not insulated that well and the road vibration makes it rub, but its really annoying. Should I be concerned and do you guys have any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks mucho!

front , back, or both???
probably the front. if it is than its most likely an installation problem. the fronts come with large neopreme o rings that go in between the sleeve and the strut body to keep the fit snug and eliminate any rattles.

are you sure that its not a muffler rattle issue? I can't think of anything back there that would rattle like you described.

all right here is my last shot at this one.
do the rear coilovers have the neopreme top hats?
(the round cushion thing that sits in between the top part of the spring and the body)

SlammedBlueEM2 is on a distinguished road
You can either...

Buy a set of real coilovers with struts.

Or get springs.

GCs are gonna do that. You get what you pay for in the market of coilovers.

yeah i know man .. it was silent even when i had it lower. Maybe with different struts it'll be better. My friend says just put some electrical tape on the place where it rubs and it will stop .. maybe i'll give that a try
