bushings...
Should i replace these if I've had suspension work (lowered) my civic? Do they even have replacement bushings or better urethane stuff? I've seen bushings kits that seem to have a replacement for every bushing on the car. Does replacing the bushing do anything REALLY to cut down on noise?

bushings might make it noisier. They just make the car stiffer by replacing the rubber bushings with harder poly ones. Yes Energy suspension makes front sway and all control arm bushings.

only if they are damaged. check them for tears.
If you go with Polyurethane bushings you'll feel more of the road (Rougher Ride) and there will be more road noise. If you stay with the soft rubber bushings that will give you the softest ride with the least ammount of road noise.

I just told you that Energy suspension makes Poly ones for the control arms and the front sway bar. If you buy aftermarket sways you have to get seperate poly ones with some and others come with them. Look at the FAQ for a list of parts. you don't need to replace them if you don't want. If you are going for performance or racing then they will help because they will provide a stiffer ride and they will last longer under harsh conditions.
