will installing one mess up my alignment? also what exactly do they do? will I feel adifference?

this has been covered a million times. tie bars are for chassis bracing. Rear won't do anything unless you upgrade your sway bar to a 20mm+. They are just there to make sure the chassis doesn't crack if you upgrade your sways. You have been here for a long time, you know you should search first.
