Problems with my new Tein SS

What's up guys, so happy to switch out my H&R sports with my blown out stock struts with a new Tein SS system, but when I got it in, it makes this weird "doing" sound every 90 degrees I turn the steering wheel. Only happens on my right front coilover. Is this normal? I'm afraid I'm ruining my new coilovers. The shop who installed it gave me some bs about it being normal...but basically my handling sucks after I got them in...every time I hit a small bump the steering wheel will want to go left or right. Any ideas?
