95 civic spring in 7thgen...

My friend is willing to give me his springs, he has a 95 civic and he's getting tein basics. Will they fit? He says the front ones will fit but don't kno about the rear ones...
I think they won't fit or else why would they sell different packages for 7thgens....
Any input will be appreciated

Your friend has NO CLUE what he is talking about. Our suspension is completely different.

Thanks for the replies
What's the difference in suspension setup between our cars?
In other words, what prevents the springs from being installed in our 7thgens.

The angle of the springs, the shocks, the suspension set up, the upper mounts, pretty much EVERYTHING is different. I think the 4th gens are double wishbone and we are macpherson.

ya everything... its not like they make a universal spring for all cars. why else would they have specific applications if everything was universal.

the front you'll see our springs are much much wider than theirs. because ya our suspension is different. the spring rates are also different. its like trying to fit 5 lug wheels on a 4 lug rotor. it just doesnt work that way.

i'd say just get them from him and SELL it.
