Lower in the front than the back?
I just recently bought Tein S Tech springs although they have yet to arrive.
Anyways, I was talking to my buddy about how the drop is 1.4F/1.3R. Than
he asked me why is lower in the front? I didn't know so here I am. I already
searched but found nothing, if I missed something please enlighten me.
Thanks.
Tim

well b/c our civic rear fender are lower than the fronts... the front have a bigger gapping with the fenders... so if the rear springs are lower... the car would look good... the back will look so much lowered than the front...

Because you put stuff in the trunk, not under the hood. Whats under the hood remains a constant weight. When you put crap in the trunk, you need some extra travel so you don't rub when you throw a hundred pounds of stuff. That and it balances the car out... the springs in the back are way stiffer than the fronts. That and the lip on the rear fender makes things interesting.
