Honda's sport struts and springs

I was thinking about installing Honda's sport struts and springs which they sell as an option. What do you think? Will they help with the sway and body roll as well as give a more stable ride?

It will be just as expensive to get aftermarket ones and aftermarket ones would be better. Try and get true coilovers. That will help more.

Will coilovers help to reduce the sway as well as give better road holding?

Coilovers with lower and upper strut bars is goin to give a dramatic improvement, I'd go with tein coilovers... yes they are expensive bout $1200 for 7th gens but they are the best ones i've been in a car with, they handled awesome

yes they will drastically help. The provide higher spring rates and lowering. Now some you can lower from 1" to 3". I think i remember that you didn't want to lower, but the Teins will only lower 1" on the highest setting and they will provide stiffer springs.

SlammedBlueEM2 is on a distinguished road
A car lowered closer to it's center of gravity will handle better - yes.
