Rep Power: 0 They're both distributed by Dazz Motorsports...Supposedly Racing Hart is made in Japan and RH Evolution is made in the USA.

Racing Hart Evolutions are cast wheels. They look similar, are from the same parent company, but cost less, wiegh more, and are weaker.
The point is this. They look nice. If you want them buy them. They are the economy version of a very nice wheel.
I have the C2 Evos. I always knew the difference, the price told me that. I wonder why this is such a huge debate. Lots of manufactures have different lines. JL Audio does, Fosgate does, Honda does, Toyota does.
