Brembo Rotors on wrong direction?

I am not sure what's making the noise. I tightened the bolts on the calibers tight, but it's got this slight grinding noise when the wheels rotate, and when I make a complete stop, it makes a noise too. I wonder if I put the rotors the right direction; check the slots and holes.

They're on right... make sure they're on straight, check the same for the calipers. Check to see the pads are properly seated and not rubbing. Double check the torque on the wheels, make sure they're not rubbing on the dust guard, etc.... start checking everything. If both the pads and rotors are new, they may just need breaking in, but that wouldn't explain the noise when the car is moving.... just when stopping.

the car is new, got 1200 miles on it. However I didn't lube the brakes before I reassemble them. Do I need to lube them?

I dont think any lube is required. Perhaps its just break in noise that will disappear after a few days?

I just checked many other cars with drilled/slotted rotors. I got them on right.

To post a pic, click on "post a reply" on the buttom there is a button you can browse through your harddrive for the pic you want to upload.
