Tire Size

I'm about to get some 17's wheels for my car, TSW REVO. I want to know what size of tires will fit or would be good. I was thinking about 205/40/17. Anybody has any sug.?

i run 215/40/17, i like them alot, seems to be people run 205/45-40/17

I have 205/40/16 and I love 'em. Be careful what rim you buy over 16". Not all of them fit perfectly on any Civic.

For 17" I would stick with a 215/45-17, it will give you a little extra sidewall and will fit no problem.

Ok, you live in STL. I do, too. Go with 45. We have terrible roads and I have to dodge some of those potholes on the city roads.

yup i went with 215/45/17 as well . alot of potholes where i live..

I have 215/40/17. They fit really well, and we have so bad roads here, and no problems.

stay with a 205/45/17 or a 215/40/17 because that is the same diameter as our stock wheels so you wont get your speedo off. plus gives you extra sidewall if you got bad roads (like me).
