Rear brake conversion

I was talking witha friend of mine and contemplating converting my rear EX drums to disc brakes and going with AEM brake rotor upgrade to match my front set. What would this entail besides the obvious parts and brake line extensions? I was thinking about trying to buy the rear discs for the 02 SI and going from there rather than tracking down a rear OEM set. INFO would help guys

Not sure if this is totally possible, but it might... if you found a wrecked Si... you could probably take the entire lower rear arm assembly including the hubs and brakes, bolt it right on, hook the lines up and go. Otherwise you'll need the hubs, spindles, caliper assemblies and some other bits to make it all work.
Going from scratch, I don't know. You might want to e-mail AEM and ask for the instruction sheet for the 6th gen conversion... they're pretty good about sending directions if you ask for them. The process should be pretty much the same.

anibal is an unknown quantity at this point
I don't think the susupension components of the 6th gen Si will bolt on, the suspension geometry it's different....but who knows, must check it.

I dont think Boiler meant the components...just the general instructions should be pretty similar.
