If you can't find anything, it means you didn't search hard enough. All of these questions have been answered many times. If you're buying rims, make sure you've got the right bolt pattern and offset (4x100 and anywhere between 37 and 45), chances are you won't be able to use the stock lugs, they're ball end lugnuts that probably aren't going to be used on aftermarket wheels. Some wheels come with lugs, some you have to buy them, but pick the wheels before the lugnuts. You need to get the right taper on the nuts to match the wheels. Use the tire calc to pick the right tire size to keep your odometer close to stock. Popular sizes are 215/45/17 and 205/45/17 most people with 18's go with 215/35/18. Centering rings are a must... talk to the place you buy the rims from, they'll get you fixed up with the right ones for the rims you buy.
If you buy rims they usually come with the lugs and centercaps. If not, you can buy lugs at local wheel shops. I doubt you'd be able to use your stock lugs. I had to buy new lugs but they were only $30. You need to get your wheels balanced every so often to prevent uneven treadwear. It's safe. The tire size I'd go with is 215/40/17.
