depends on how you drive. and also if you drive alot of higway, no traffic,
stop and go ect. I've got 39,000 with stock brakes and they are still not excessivly worn.

all i do it city driveing, stop, go, stop, go... the first time i changed them was at 17,500 with honda pads. second time i changed them last week was with aem pads, and i had 36,000 and i was running pretty thin.

Brakes aren't like tires or oil, tires and oil are in constent use where as brakes are only used when needed, if you do a lot of highway driving they might last 100,000 miles, but if you drive in stop and go traffic and brake a lot you might wear them out in 5,000 miles. It all depends on the driver and conditions.

Thats right..... I've had my car for two years.... and have 53000 miles......
changed it once already at 25000 miles and need to change them again now at
53000...... but than i always brake hard just to stop like i was speeding at a
light........ hahahah

i got 2500 miles on mine and rollin strong...but my friend got a 01 with 35k when he changed his but you can tell when your brakes dont work well or the next oil change ask your mechanic to check.
