All I know for sure is that mine do. Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
I also know that Falken Azenis don't. I think?
Anyway, either the manufacturer's website or a place like TireRack.com will have some pictures of each and every brand. Pick one.

not all z rated tires have the 'v' pattern. n z rated tires arent the only ones that have 'v' patterns either..
for example yokohama paradas dont have the v patter but they're z rated..
my tires falken 512s kinda have the 'v' pattern but they're not z rated, they're all seasonals

Falken 512 not Z rated? Maybe yours are different... I have Falken ZE512 215/45ZR17 87W Steel Belted Radial Black M+S Made In Japan 54344....... I assume the Z in the size, 215/45ZR17, means is Z rated.... Maybe I should't assume, or we have different tires. Not like our cars can exceed the Z speed anyway.
And is there any particualr reason you want "V" tires? Looks? Is there something they're supposed to do better than non "V" tires? I wouldn't choose a tire soley based on if tread is shaped like a "V" or not....

You basically said you want a directional tire...
I've got Bridgestone Potenzas. They're kind of expensive, I paid almost $600 for all four tires, but they're great. The only thing that isn't perfect about them is that they're kind of loud. But they do look nice. And when you're playing Gran Turismo 3 A-spec, you can select the Amateur league, and say "Hey, those are my tires!"

That depends on which wheel size - profile you get. Some are Z rated and some aren't. It is an all season tire, not a distinctive V pattern though.

Looks like the tire is at least a Z rating minimum from the Z within the tire size designation. The 87W indicates a load range of 87 (1201 pounds weight per tire). The W indicates a W speed rating, even above the Z. The W rating is even higher speed than the Z.
