Difference in wheel sizes

This might be a really dumb question, but what would be the difference in buying a 4x100 wheel and a 4x114.3 wheel?

I know the 4 is how many lugs, but what about the 100 and 114.3?

Thanks in advance

Umm I believe that is the 2nd bolt pattern that comes on the lug like when I bought my RS6. I am guessing you have a 7th gen civic so you will need a 4/100 to fit.

The number 4 is the amont of lugs, and the number 100 is the spacing of the holes in mm.
