Hot Die Forged wheels
4/28/2002

Velox is introducing its newest wheel; PG-5S. This new wheel features the best available forging on the market today. Hot Die forging is the use of 10,000 ton presses that slams into heated 6061 aircraft quality aluminum. This process creates the strongest available forging on the market today, allowing the PG-5S 17inch to achieve an ultra low 12.5lbs with load rating of 1364 lbs per wheel. 17 inch release can be seen on the July issue of Import Tuner.

Street Trendz sells them for 1600 wheel and tire package

that pricing isnt too bad, i mean youre getting tires too. but there are lighter 17's(for a price of course), a 17 inch buddy club wheel is about 10 lbs, and about $500.

Other forged wheels: (rotary forged)

CenterLine RPM's: 17's: 13 lbs and 18's: 14.5 lbs.

I've got the 18's on my car and for $250 a wheel, I'm VERY pleased!
