what is the perfect drop for 18's???

what is the perfect drop for 18's???

If I get 18s with a 215/40 what would would be the lowest i could go before my stuff would start rubbing, and causing problems....?[IMG]i/expressions/demon.gif[/IMG]

From what I've read on this board you should be okay with H&R or Neuspeed sport springs. You could also do Ground Control but the spring rates are a bit too high for a comfortable ride. 35 and 40 series tires eliminate much of the comfort you have gotten used to with the stock set up.

The springs mentioned above should put you at about a 1-1.5 finger gap between tire and fender well according to various individuals on this board that have posted to threads similar to this one.

i have 215-40-18 with neuspeed sports... about 1 finger gap all around.. still kinda high IMO tho. my car looks stock height with little finger gap... i personally would go lower...

I am running Eibach Sportlines with the stock struts and I haven't
had any problems yet! Bout a finger gap and they ride real smooth.
BTW I am running 18 inch verdicts with a 215/35/18 parada.
