A 205/40/17 is a bit on the small side for rolling diameter (if stock tire size is 185/65/15). If you upped the size to a 205/45/17 you will match the speedometer more closely.

You are rolling around on a rubber band tire, it is going to ride rough. You can up to a 45 series tire which may help a bit. The type of tire can play a role also. Tires in that size are generally not for comfort so you are limited there.

Best (adjective) - of the most excellent, effective, or desirable type or quality.
Best (noun) - that which is the most excellent, outstanding, or desirable

If you want to roll on big wheels you're gonna sacrifice something. Comfort is at the top of the list.

Go back to stock 15" wheels and stock size tires for a softer ride?

FYI I'm on 18s with 225-40..... I feel every little ripple in the road LOL
And I've been eyeballing 19" wheels from the 2016 Accord Sport...

Tein Standard?

What are you trying to et out of the ar being lowered? Better handling, style, both? Is the eight something you think you will change?

Car looks slightly lower than stock. I run 17s 225/45. Low pro. Noise makes from the make of tire.
