Em2 wheel fitment! Need help
Em2 wheel fitment! Need help
Hey guys how's it going! Just had a question about some wheel fitment. I have an em2(02 Honda civic,2dr coupe) and just wanted to know.. If I could fit some 16x8 +15 offset without crazy camber? I'll be running a 205/40/16. And I already have my fenders rolled. I just wanna run some nice fitment. I can go either 16x8 +15 offset or go 16x8+25 ! Any suggestion would be appreciated. Last remark was, I was thinking to go +15 offset for a little more lip and wide ness. Thanks guys!

It's kind of a slow forum, so you're gonna have to be patient with regards to responses. Also, with 39 views in 3 hours, the likelihood of having an "expert" or someone experienced in the matter is fairly slim. Now, for my 2 cents
a +15 offset is quite different than the "normal" offset range that most 7thgen drivers go with (about +35 to +45). OEM wheels rock a +45, so going to a +15 is a 3 cm difference. Despite rolling your fenders, having a +15 might push the wheel out far enough that it'll hit your fender regardless. With a +42 and a 215 treadwidth, I have minimal clearance between my tire and a non-rolled fender. Rolling your fender will only give you an extra cm or so.
Also, any reason why you wanna run 205/40s? In order to match overall diameter of your OEM tire, 205/50s would be the best option.
