Cool 14'' Rims now, vs wait until wheels wear off and get 16-17''?

I recently bought a Civic 2003 LX Coupe, the tires are brand new and they have hub caps on them. I am thinking of buying new rims but if I got bigger than OEM I would need to buy new tires, but that would be just wasting money in my opinion. Would getting 14'' rims still look good on the car? I found the Borbet LV4 rims on tirerack and they look pretty good. Any thoughts?Name: p2v80c9.png

Just wait and get 16's with new tires. It will look better with aftermarket 14 inch wheels but it will look way better with larger aftermarket wheel. If the tires are new on the 14's then you could sell them. I sold my old rims and tires on Craigslist.

Wait for 16s or 17s. I personally think 16s look the best, 17s if you want your car to be flashier. Or you could buy 16/17 with new summer tires and just wear your 14" all seasons out in winter before replacing them with snow tires at some point.

Definitely wait. Or, like Golnat said, sell the wheels/tires (shouldn't be that hard since tires are new) and buy what you want.

tire selections for 14" are becoming quite... hard...
at the minimum 15" to have wider selections...
16" works well, on the 205/50 trim. personally i use 205/55 since they are the most widely available sizes, so cheap to get them.
