Im looking for some lightweight preferably OEM wheels for my 02 EX coupe. Would like some recommendations. I am looking for max MPG out of the car for commuting. Will 14" wheels work ok? What size tires will work if I were to use OEM HX or Insight wheels? Or are they too narrow for my car?
Thx!

HX and Insight wheels will work, use the smallest tires possible, because rubber is weight.
If you're goal is to raise the mpg for cost savings, it will take a very long time to recover the cost of the wheels in saved fuel.

look into RPF-1. they are extremely light and very very very very loved.
I've got the HX wheels on my '02 Coupe. I totally dig 'em. Check the photo in my "garage" on this forum.
I also like the 7-spoke alloys:

these guys sell a couple different alloys: http://www.handa-accessories.com/civext01.html

I wouldn't think wheels would make much of a difference in your MPG unless you had wheels that were ridiculously heavy. There's a balance you'd have to achieve between lightweight and massive because rotational inertia can also have an effect. It really depends on the type of driving you do. The changes in MPG would be so minimal, you wouldn't be earning back money the rims you just bought for quite a long time.
