Tire size help
Hi, I have a 2005 honda civic sedan special edition and I want to put 17inch rims on it, but I wanna know what size tires would best fit without lowering the car?
I want it to not look like a 4x4 as much as possible...so please tell me whats the recommended size I should put and pics would be really helpful. Thanks.

Re: Tire size help
I've always run 215/40/17's, but a lot of people run 205/40/17. I wouldn't go any taller of a profile than 40 if you don't want to look like a monster civic, but I don't know if you can really avoid that with 17's and no lowering. It's just kinda what happens no matter what tire you use.
I'll find a pick of my car before lowering here in a few

Re: Tire size help
Try out this Tire Calculator. You can use it to determine what size wheel/tire combo will keep the same diameter as stock, and what effects deviating will have.
