Cheap Brake Pads
Cheap Brake Pads
I need a set of pads on the cheap and I found a coupon for a site called discbrakepads.net (brakesale-0930-2010). Was curious if anyone has used them before? They seem to have good prices but I’ve never heard of Lomandi??
Re: Cheap Brake Pads
I've never heard of 'em. I bought some pads from Napa about a year ago that still work amazingly well. Brakes are something you don't wanna cheap out on. That's my opinion. I don't remember how much mine were, but they were the standard ones, and since I don't track my car, they do their job well.
Re: Cheap Brake Pads
Don't get cheap pads.
Recently, I replaced my pads/rotors on all 4 corners, and I decided to go cheap on the pads. The rear pads, I lucked out. The front pads, though, were just the *slightest* bit too small.... and they clunked every time I pressed the pedal. I ended up having to go out and buy new front pads AGAIN to solve.
Moral of the story is that I should have just bought the name-brand pads to begin with.
