so i am a noob at this disc conversion thing

so here is my quetion..sence i have an em2 with drums what all do i need to buy to do this conversion if i were hunting down junk yards

which are better the em2 from the ex (i ussume they would fit) or the ep3 rear disc breaks.

are the ep3 rear discs the same as the em2 ex version rear disc
