steering wheel shaking at 65mph

i been getting lazy to get this problem fixed cause i couldnt figure it out. im running 205/45/17 tires that were mounted and balanced with brand new tires/rims at wheel works, eibach sportline lowering springs, koni yellow struts, and got an alignment done right after. now everytime im driving 65mph, my steering wheel vibrates constantly. and whenever i brake to slow down from a high speed (80mph), it would vibrate again.
my guess was that i may need to rebalance my wheels?

edit: i forgot to mention that my rims dont have any of those wheel weights like what the OEM rims uses.

did you get a new brake disc/pad? if so, that could be one of the problem specially if it wasnt ceramic. but it will go away eventually, if not then make sure to check your tierod and all that.

it could be mounting and balancing of tires not done rite, bent wheel, or alignment.

if you're braking and it vibrates THEN it's is your brakes..... if you are just cruising w/o braking and it vibrates.... it's somthing else.... maybe BOTH haha good luck

when cruising at 65mph ish, it vibrates a little but i still have full control of the car. i did get my brakes resurfaced AND pads changed at big-o tires around 36k miles, im at 42k right now. i had the mechanic put on the best pads they had (total of 4).

Are you using any hubrings? hubcentrics? I say that because most aftermarket rims do not have the same hub diameter as stock, which throws off a few centimeters when mounting the wheel on the hub. Happened to me once, I bought some plastic hubrings from discount tires and it went away.

well if you have just gotten the wheels balanced than it could be warped rotors, defective tires, defective rims....wheel balancing can be screwed up rather easily so go get it re balanced and if it persists than try on other wheels and see if it keeps doing that
