Help! Rear EP3 Brakes Problems

I just converted my rear drums to EP3 Disc

When I stop the car, the Front ABS keeps kicking in, even at low speeds. It's damn irritating, the juttering

However, the ABS does not kicks in during high speeds brake unless it's jammed braking. It happens only during moving to stationary situations

I am using front Preludes Disc brakes with normal Ep3 rear Disc. My Preludes are fine working with drums. It only happened when i converted to disc!

Anyone know's what the solution?

You did use the wheel speed sensors from the drums, right?

Not sure, I did it in a workshop

I'm a newbie in DIY besides doing my Cold Air intake.

I also suspect something to do with the speed sensors thingy!

Where do you plug this thing into?

Read the sticky. It covers the use of the drum wheel sensors in the discs.
The use of the 11" rotors doesn't have anything to do with it. Mine work just fine with those fronts.
Fast fix... pull the ABS fuse.

I applaud you for going to rear discs from only a CAI DIY. Thats a pretty big leap in DIY'ing.

That's what I will do if it does not works. I will bring it to the workshop, jack up my car let them have a look at it!

Thanks so much for your help. Appreciated a lot!

Issue solved. The ABS Serrated Ring thaty looks like a gear from a dog box is positioned differently from the stock ES ABS Ring. The ABS sensor takes pulse readings from that gear. It did not read the ring properly when the car slowed down, so ABS kept kicking it

The workshop to help me solved the issue but doing a bigger ABS Serrated Ring and machined one on the spot. Hopefully everything works fine now on.
