offset question

i have these rims off a 2003 sentra they are neepers 17x7 4x100 but the offset is +45, i wanted to know if they would fit on my vic ?

Yes, stock offset is +45.

IIRC, sentras are 4x114 these days. So you better double check the bolt pattern first.
