was he talking about lugnuts? or actual sockets?

If your original honda lugnuts will not fit the rims holes, you need "tuner lugnuts". this is how they work:

**(all up to 2005) Honda civic uses "12X1.5" threading. GET THIS SIZE**
somethings they can be bought in packs of 4+key, sometimes a set of 20.
get them at autozone, pepboys, strauss, napa, or wheel shop...

---------------------------------------------------------------------

the interchangable sockets that pop onto rachet wrenches and torque wrenches are thin walled. Regular tire iron are fat and stubby and probably dont fit the lugnut bores of most aftermarket wheels.

If you're using the original honda lugnuts, the size socket you need is 3/4" or 19mm

do not buy those red lugs nuts! take my word! please. i work at Discount Tire Co. and use some Gorilla spline tuner lugs, they come with a tuner key for those lug nuts, they are stainless steel. they last about 3 yrs or so before mine faded, but weather can harm them, too! so go with Gorilla products, and if you get them from Discount, and some mess up we'll replace them free! but not the studs. so go with Gorilla spline open-ended lugs. i did, and i love em, but you can find some colored Gorilla lugs to suit your preference. dont go with nothing annodized from Advance or Autozone etc, theyll fade due to temp, and you'll fel like you wasted money and lightweight lugs are only for something like Rays, Spoon, Mugen, Work, if you can afford thos rims, something race wise in lugs dont matter. soory from the words.....i got carried away. a guy came in with a Supra yesteday, but didnt want to replace his lugs he had, so he watched me destroy his lug holes on his Supra....lol
