Car Making Noise after putting in RIM'S

Sup guys...THis post if for a friend. We put a set of Si rims on her car today. It's a 03 Honda Civic Lx 4dr auto. She had the stock steelies with hub caps on them. Well today we put the Rims in. In the front there is Nitto 450's with 195-50-15 and on the back Falken Ze 195-55-15. Well all we did was take the stock steelies out and then put the new tires on with the correct direction on them. Well she drove the car for a bit and she said that the car was making noise. Is it possible for the car to make noise because of the rim's?? Or just because of the tires? The wheelies were balanced and new weights were put on them. SO is there any reason the car should be making the noise?

what kind of noise? is it just the road noise is worse? are the lugnuts tightened up good enough? there really shouldnt be anything to make noise unless 1/2/3/ or all 4 tires are messed up. what kinda condition are the tires in, maybe its time to replace them?

rebalance them and have 4 tires of the SAME SIZE put on.
You're going to have to elaborate on the noise.

At what speed is the noise heard?

Coming from the front or back?

One tire or all of them?

Well I took the car out for a drive today and after about 20mph the car starts making a huming noise, and they are coming from the front. I had the Nitto 450 tires mounted and balanced at the local Firestone. Now I am not sure if the noise if from the tire because they are mounted wrong or because she went from steelies to the Si rims? It's from the front and it's a huming noise. Also the tires are brand new..prob 10miles on them...since yesterday. They are nitto 450 195-50-15. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx you guys.
