clanking when i turn wheels

so i had a loud clanking when i first got my car and i brought it to honda and i didnt have front struts, so i got the put on and the clanking stopped... now when im making a turn and the road is bumpy or if im going up/down a ramp and my wheels r turned the same clanking noise comes... it obviously cant be cause i need front struts now so i was wondering if maybe they r loose or something i could look for to stop this... thanks guys

I'm sorry I dont understand what you are asking us.
Few things that need your clarification:

"brought it to honda and i didnt have front struts"
"so i got the put on and the clanking stopped"
"if im going up/down a ramp and my wheels r turned"
"it obviously cant be cause i need front struts now"

ok let me clarify... i brought my car to the honda dealer who told me the clanking was because my car did not have front struts (shocks). then for a while the noise was gone. now when ever there my front tire hits a bump or goes up or down the apron of a driveway there is that same kind of clanking sound.

^^
When tie rod's gone, then steering wheel should/will shake, and car wont keep straight line.

If his front struts not indexed properly, struts will make clicking and pounding noised while in operation - it could be it too.
