repairing a rim crack

i found a good deal on a set of wheels i was looking at and the seller told me ONE of the rims has a crack on the inside of the rim:

id like to know if i can get this repaired at a rim shop? any estimate price for a GOOD repair? their RH evo c2's btw. it seems like its still holding in air too

I curbed a wheel one time while driving in the snow, the shop said they send them in and wont know the price of them being fixed till afterwards, but needed a deposit of 100 bucs. So i got the rim back and it looked good until about 2 days later when it stopped raining(seattle). It didnt have a clear coat like the others. looked like crap . Cost me 220$ , when a new rim was only 280 go figure , dont fix buy new, period.
